Simulation Week Starts Tomorrow: Share and Follow Your World Online!
Today an email from John Stewart, CEO of Simulation Australiasia, shares about the innovative online event “Simulation Week” which begins tomorrow. You can follow along with all the great stories, or contribute, at SimulationWeek.com!
“The team at SimAust have been counting down the days until SimulationWeek commences, and are very excited that the week officially begins tomorrow. SimulationWeek runs from tomorrow, Saturday 2 May, until Friday 8 May. The week provides an opportunity to promote the many forms of simulation in our organisations and communities to celebrate its accomplishments and future vision.
SimulationWeek is hosted online at www.simulationweek.com and is open to anyone that wishes to highlight their own innovative work through a news story, video or combined image and simulation message format. Pictures are essential and this platform provides an amazing opportunity to display images easily. This provides an exciting snapshot of simulation for the world to see. For information and examples on how to contribute online, please click here.
There are interactive opportunities to contribute to SimulationWeek offline too. To coincide with SimulationWeek, the Northern Centre for Health Education and Research (NCHER) are hosting an open day within their Simulation Centre on Friday 8 May, from 10am to 4pm. The new centre is a partnership between Northern Health, the University of Melbourne and La Trobe University and will provide multidisciplinary education and research opportunities.
If you wish to participate offline, please click here for suggestions and information on contributing.”
HealthySim looks forward to seeing all the wonderful sharing this week on SimulationWeek.com!
