She is the Co-Creator and Public Health Partner for the first National Community Paramedic Pilot Program in rural Eagle, CO. She received the State of Colorado EMS Region of the year in 2019 and Colorado Nightingale Luminary Award for Innovation work on the Colorado community paramedic program in 2011.
