Abstract:
A wealth of research in simulation education and training exists, and it is growing larger with each passing month. The International Pediatric Simulation Society (IPSS) has resources available for researchers in simulation education and training. This presentation will cover the different services IPSS offers to the simulation community. The relationship between IPSS and the INSPIRE Network will be covered as will the assistance available to new researchers. Finally, the value of the monthly research bibliography provided by IPSS will be discussed. Note: You do not need to be a member of IPSS or even involved in pediatric simulation specifically to benefit from what the Society offers.
Learning Objectives:
- Discuss IPSS and its association with the INSPIRE Network.
- Explain the role of the IPSS Cureus Channel in promoting research in simulation.
- Explain the benefits of the monthly IPSS list of current publications in pediatric simulation.
