We acknowledge that the HealthySimulation.com Vendor Directory is the first permanent global online 24/7 365 platform for users to find, select and contact vendors from around the world which has such unmatched buyer reach. Our team has worked on the development and design of this vendor directory for over two years, and we have done our best to build a version of the platform that will assist all parties with connecting and building meaningful lasting business relationships that improve the healthcare simulation industry long term.

That said, we are VERY OPEN to feedback about all aspects of the vendor directory, and will be working to improve functionalities, communications, and opportunities daily as part of our core business practices. This is just the start of the vendor directory, and our plan is to continue to evolve the system in meaningful ways to maximize its effectiveness for all parties, and so we appreciate any and all honest feedback about every part of the system at any point. Log File of Important Updates Regarding the Vendor Directory

HealthySimulation.com will continue to update the Vendor Directory with new product categories, features, and bug fixes. This Updates Log page with all the latest pushed updates. These will be important to review in an going capacity so that your team can stay aware of new needs and opportunities. For example, we are adding Taiwan as a unique country to the directory system, and so any company who sells to Taiwan will need to know to update their company and product pages.

Instructions for Adding Team Members:

Your primary account can invite additional team members to support with management of your company profile page, adding/editing products, managing sales leads and reader reviews. Primary account managers have the additional power to delegate team members, and as well manage the ongoing subscription.

Essential Tier: 2 Additional Team Members

Premier Tier: 4 Additional Team Members

1. Login here to the HealthySimulation.com website with your vendor directory primary account.
2. Click Account in the main blue horizontal website navigation bar.
3. Click Vendor Directory Management at the top of the left hand column.
4. Click Invite Team Members in the options displayed on the management page.
5. Click Blue Invite New Team Member Button.
6. Type Email Address in the Team Member Email Field and Click Send Invite.
7. Invited User Account:
   1. Already Had an Account: If your team member already has a free HealthySimulation.com account, they will be sent an email informing them they need to log out and log back in, then they will have access to the same Vendor Directory Management control panel in their account page.
   2. Did NOT Previously Have an Account: If your team member does NOT already have a free HealthySimulation.com account, they will be sent an email to create their free account. Once they create their account under the same invited email address, they will automatically be provided access to the same Vendor Directory Management control panel in their account page.

Add Products/Services Manufactured or Organized by Your Company

Adding Products (or services) are the best way to showcase the key portfolio of purchasable items from your company. (Note: we consider services as a type of product). The more products and product details you add to the system, the more competitive advantage you have over other companies who are not yet fully represented in the system yet.

Users will have the ability to initiate side-by-side comparisons between competing products. As such, the HealthySimulation.com team will be adding products from all companies daily from this point forward, to best represent the industry as it continues to evolve, but obviously your knowledge about your products will always be superior and best represent the technology as it changes over time.

To Add a New Product You Manufacture to Your Company:

1. You or Your Designated Team Members can Login here to the HealthySimulation.com website.
2. Click Account in the main blue horizontal website navigation bar.
3. Click Vendor Directory Management at the top of the left hand column.
4. Click Add Vendor Product.
5. Enter in All fields to the Greatest Detailto maximize the global buyer’s ability to make a purchase decision while comparing products. Watch the video which covers all the fields and how to best interpret them.
6. Note on Selecting Distributors for the product: See note below.
7. Update Products by following the steps #1-3 above then click on “Vendor Products”, then clicking “Edit” on the product you would like to update.

Managing Distributor/Distributee Relationships

We understand that Distributor / Distributee relationships are complex across the global healthcare simulation industry. In our context we call “Manufacturers” as the owners of products/services, with “Distributors” as the partners who sell those services around the world. At this time, only “Manufacturers” can add products/services to the database, as they are the groups where those originate from.

Before launching next week, HealthySimulation.com will be installing over 700 companies into the database, many of whom are specifically international distributors of key manufacturer products.

These Manufacturer/Distributor relationships are shown on company pages, and help determine which groups should show up when users use the new Find Vendor Search Tool based on their selected company.

While updating your company profile, please be sure to confirm the accuracy for “Countries Doing Business” as your company will only show up for users who select these countries during their searches. This is critical to ensure you are not receiving sales leads requests that you do not want, or which your international distributors should be handling, which will count against your complimentary or purchased sales leads allotment.

After this database is uploaded within the next week, we will reach out to inform you that you can select your distributors / manufacturer relationships in the following steps, before launch:

3. Click Vendor Directory Management at the top of the left hand column.
4. Click Add/Update Company Profile and scroll down to Company Distribution Relationships.
5. Confirm your Company has correctly selected “Manufacturer” “Distributor” or “Both”.
6. Select the appropriate Manufacturers / Distributors in the fields below.
7. If you do NOT see your distributor/manufacturers in the list (after the bulk upload email notification), please encourage those groups to create their free vendor directory subscription so that they can be best found for the geographic regions they represent.
8. IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING DISTRIBUTORS OF PRODUCTS: When Adding/Updating Products to the database, the opportunity to select the distributors which provide those products will ONLY be based on the identified distributor relationships in your company page profile. We know not every product is available to every distribution partner, so this is a key process to add correctly.
