Strategic Operations, Inc. (Medical Department) is hiring a seasoned, full-time B2B Medical Simulation Products Inside Sales Rep to increase our revenue and grow our market share. A successful candidate will have experience exceeding sales quotas selling to medical professionals (surgical residency program directors, hospitals, universities, clinics, surgical centers, simulation centers, research facilities). Knowledge of the medical simulation industry is a big plus. We work in an extremely high growth industry and our company is expanding significantly.

We founded our company to serve unmet, urgent needs. The quality of surgical education and training has declined over the last generation. Errors in hospitals have become the third leading cause of death after heart disease and cancer. We have developed a disruptive technology that is changing surgical education and training and promises to save lives. Our patented Cut Suit with Advanced Surgical Skills Packages (ASSP) is the world’s only Hyper-Realistic® open-surgery simulator. Using this innovative system, Surgeons willingly suspend disbelief that they are not operating on a real person.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position in our corporate office in San Diego. You will report to the Executive Vice President, and work with the (outside) Marketing Consultant and Medical Director (a surgeon). A successful candidate will have experience exceeding sales quotas selling to medical professionals.
