Role and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct maintenance and repairs of Healthcare products at workshop overseas as well as international customer sites.
  • Resolve and document customer service issues as per the customer service process by telephone, email and/or at customer sites
  • Support of events and Sales and Marketing departments e.g. Conferences, exhibitions and simulation days
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with the remainder of the Healthcare team and customers within the region

Note: This is a traveling role where you must be available at least 4 training events per year.

Skills and experience required

  • Technical degree, Vocational Training, BSc, or equivalent
  • Experience and knowledge in the fields of electronics, pneumatics, and mechanics
  • Excellent computer and networking skills in Mac OS, Linux, Windows and use of software packages e.g. Word, Excel,
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to act on own initiative and work as part of a team
  • Proficient in English and French in written and verbal communication,
  • Knowledge of German or other languages is considered an advantage
  • Ability to build and maintain good customer relations with professionalism and courtesy while under pressure
  • Interest in education in health care, clinical skills or bio-medical experience an advantage
