We are looking to purchase a used (even non functioning) baby warmer. Or build one ourselves. Anyone have a resource to purchase or the plans to build one. We only use the warmer twice a year, so not looking to spend big $$$ on it.

I would suggest reaching out to the local NICU and PICU departments in your area. They may be able to sell or donate an old, non-used baby warmer. Here are some websites I am aware of to purchase used equipment in addition to ebay and facebook:
