Be a Star and Shine with Laerdal's SUNShine Contest!
Hey Simmers! Laerdal reached out to HealthySim to let us know about a fun contest they are running for the 2011 PALM BEACH SUN Conference (Oct. 11th-13th)! You can WIN BIG by putting those simulation acting skills to good use by submitting a video today!
ACT IT OUT!
Laerdal is running a live simulation scenario for the Opening Session at the 2011 Palm Beach SUN Conference and they want you to be a part of it! This session will feature a 911 call, displayed via video, which will segue into an emergency trauma room scenario.
You, that’s right, YOU, will play the part of the bystander who calls 911!
Interested? Get the SCRIPT and break out the camera and act your heart out! Have fun by incorporating costumes, props… whatever helps make your star shine. Once you feel your submission is ready for the spotlight, upload your video to your YouTube channel and create an account HERE to enter the contest.
Share your video with the world! From the videos submitted, an internal committee will review and select 10 finalists! Voting will begin on September 26th, so make sure you rally your colleagues, family and friends to visit the site and cast their votes! Check out the current videos already submitted!
Voting will close on October 6th, and the video with the most votes will be crowned the grand prize winner on October 7th. Up to nine (9) second place runners-up will also be announced.
The Opening Session will be streamed LIVE from the event directly to your desktop! Gather the kids, grandparents and co-workers around the computer for a cool chance to see your shining star in action!
