The main emphasis is with MedVision’s quality control system and service system, which are provided by a set of proprietary software products such as PDM (Product Data Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relations Management). These products are all developed in conjunction with Japanese specialists who have over 20 years of experience in quality.

In terms of research and development, MedVision utilizes more than 80 specialists to fulfill the company’s software development needs. Specialty areas include robotics, programming, modeling and design, and specialists are empowered to create unique solutions across these fields. WIth leading health professionals take part in all stages of production, from idea to prototype testing and troubleshooting, MedVision is able to establish new tendencies in modern medicine.

Across specialties, MedVision focuses on advancing multiple technologies. The first of these technologies are human patient simulators, which include software designed to be high-fidelity, powerful, intuitive and highly realistic. Minimally invasive surgery technologies are alternatively designed to include magnetic haptic feedback, hybrid simulation, team training software and a rehearsal system.

MedVision Medical Simulator Products

MedVision offers turnkey projects for medical simulation training organizations with support available at any stage of setting up or running a simulation center/department. One of these products is Leonardo, an adult male high-fidelity simulation manikin designed for high-fidelity training.

Leonardo was created in order to solve most difficult tasks in specialist training: vital signs, realistic feel and feedback, increased durability are only a few of his many traits. The human patient simulator comes with a tetherless connection (with up to 8 hours of battery life) and a rechargeable, swappable battery. Leonardo also includes smart accessories, a steady supply of durable consumable and realistic, seamless skin that is easy to clean and with no protruding parts. Lastly, the high fidelity simulator has increased durability, reliable construction, hooks up to a real ventilator and possesses a lifelike weight (150 lbs) and height (5’9”).

Next, MedVisions Arthur pediatric simulator represents a 5 to 8-year-old patient. This product was created to bring pediatric patient care to a whole new level. MedVision essentially took the best elements of the Leonardo simulator and carefully carried them over to the Arthur, resulting in conformity to all pediatric care requirements and standards.

Features of the Arthur human patient simulator include proactive eyes, realistic airways, real medical ventilator compatibility and real devices for ECG and pulse monitoring, defibrillation, noninvasive BP monitoring. Through the use of the Arthur manikin, learners can simulate a cricothyrotomy, or needle decompression of the tension pneumothorax, and CPR with elaborate performance assessment (multiple parameters).

Another patient simulator, MedVision’s Mia manikin simulates a 21.5” infant female weighing 9 lbs. Developed from the “ground-up,” MedVision notes that this product has been designed alongside experienced specialists and experts in the field of neonatology. Technical features, including a reliable wireless connection up to 100 feet, up to four hours of battery life and a built-in air compressor, help learners practice making split-second decisions under critical condition.

In addition to healthcare simulation manikins, MedVision’s AngioVision is a simulator for endovascular procedures. The product is complete with highly realistic and detailed anatomy. simulated physics, haptic feedback and radiocontrast agent spreading. Together, these features help offer fundamentals and advanced training for mastering new skills or improving existing ones.

The proprietary AngioVision software provides an ever-growing module library with constant updates for new methodologies and modules, different types of angiographic images including: positive, negative, 3D mode, fluoroscopy, cineangiography and DSA for roadmapping. The software experience is completed with real instruments, establishing AngioVision as a comprehensive state-of-the-art training machine. Other visionary MedVision products include the LapVision laparoscopic simulator, the EndoVision simulator for endoscopy and the HystVision simulator for hysteroscopy.

Lastly, MedVision’s Auscultation Simulator, which comes in adult and junior versions, can be used as a highly-effective tool for learning auscultation points and sounds. Accompanied by a healthcare simulation library of sounds with amplified details for trainees helps them identify what they’re looking for when listening to the sounds of the heart, bowels for lungs. Conforming to American Thoracic Society guidelines, learners can use the Auscultation Simulator to activate or deactivate auscultation points and backlighting individually and adjust volume and intensity of sounds.
