Yesterday Medical Simulation Consultant Lance Baily from HealthySimulation.com spoke with John Rathje Interim Director of Technology for the College of Medicine at Central Michigan University. Lance answered John’s questions about expanding a medical simulation program into a new building, covering topics such as initial staffing, policy and procedure development and the need for various meeting groups.
