Our Nursing Simulation Center is one of the best-equipped in the region, with three state-of-the-art multimedia labs, highly specialized simulation manikins, a community health lab that replicates a home environment and two simulation centers with streaming video. The technician assists with scheduling of students and faculty in the Simulation Center, maintains adequate equipment and inventory and supports the Center Manager in promoting and marketing the center.

Clinical Simulation Specialist – University of St. Augustine: The Clinical Simulation Specialist serves as a technical expert who is able to set up, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and in some cases repair simulation equipment, hospital-type equipment used in clinical activities, and AV/IT equipment used in simulation activities. The Clinical Simulation Specialist also instructs and assists simulation faculty and learners in the use of technical equipment used in simulation.
